This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Somnium AI mobile app (the "App"), in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. Payment card details are handled by Apple and never reach us.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from our own server. If you choose a language with the EN/TR button, that choice is saved in your browser (local storage) only so that pages open in the same language next time. It stays on your device and does not identify you.
Dreams may contain special categories of personal data such as health, sex life or beliefs. We therefore process dream texts only with the explicit consent you give in the App before your first analysis. Please take care when your dreams include sensitive details about other people.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account, sign-in and providing the service: performance of a contract.
- AI interpretation of your dream (the dream text, the mood if you choose one, and, if you added them to your profile, your age, gender and country to personalise the reading) and its transfer to our AI provider: explicit consent.
- Managing Premium subscriptions, trials, offers and restores: contract and legal obligations.
- Push notifications when your analysis is ready and, occasionally, about an offer available to you: contract, with your device permission.
- Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests.
- Rewarded ads: consent for personalised ads (Apple's tracking prompt and, where required, a consent form); legitimate interests for non-personalised ads.
4. Recipients and international transfers
We share data only as needed with these service providers, most of which process data in the United States:

How Google handles dream content: we currently use Google's Gemini API under its unpaid terms. Under those terms Google may use the content sent to it (your dream text, mood and the optional profile details listed above, never your name or email) and the generated responses to provide, improve and develop Google products and services, and human reviewers at Google may read and process them. This is part of the explicit consent you give before your first analysis.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
- We keep your account and dreams while your account exists.
- When you use Delete Account in the App, your account data and all dreams are deleted from our database immediately, your RevenueCat customer record is deleted and your Sign in with Apple authorisation is revoked.
- Records we must keep by law (such as purchase records) may be retained for the legally required period; Apple also keeps your purchase history.
- Technical server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, information about recipients, restriction of or objection to processing and, under the GDPR, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at noreplytecosama@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days free of charge. You can withdraw consent at any time, most simply by deleting your account in the App.
7. About AI interpretations
Dream interpretations are generated by AI for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to a professional; in an emergency contact your local emergency number (in the US, call or text 988).
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will inform you in the App or on this page about material changes. The current version is always available at this address.
