End User Licence Agreement

The Somnium AI app (the "App") is licensed, not sold, to you.

1. Licence

Your licence to use the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). It grants you a non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Additional terms

Your use of the App and its online services is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. They supplement the Standard EULA. If they conflict on the licence to use the App itself, the Standard EULA prevails.

3. Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple, as described in section 7 of our Terms of Use.

4. Licensor and contact

Licensor: the developer of the Somnium AI app (individual developer). Questions, complaints or claims about the App: noreplytecosama@gmail.com. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Somnium AI uygulaması ("Uygulama") sana satılmaz, lisanslanır.

1. Lisans

Uygulamayı kullanma lisansın, Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne ("Standart EULA") tabidir. Bu sözleşme, Uygulamayı App Store Hizmet Koşullarının izin verdiği şekilde sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple markalı cihazlarda kullanman için devredilemez bir lisans verir.

2. Ek koşullar

Uygulamayı ve çevrim içi hizmetlerini kullanımın ayrıca Kullanım Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir. Bunlar Standart EULA'yı tamamlar. Uygulamanın kendisini kullanma lisansı konusunda çelişki olursa Standart EULA geçerlidir.

3. Abonelikler

Premium, App Store üzerinden satılan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, yenileme, iptal ve iadeler, Kullanım Koşulları'nın 7. maddesinde açıklandığı şekilde Apple tarafından yürütülür.

4. Lisans veren ve iletişim

Lisans veren: Somnium AI uygulamasının geliştiricisi (bireysel geliştirici). Uygulamayla ilgili sorular, şikâyetler veya talepler: noreplytecosama@gmail.com. Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
