These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Somnium AI mobile app and related services (the "App"), provided by the developer of Somnium AI, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Somnium is

Somnium lets you write down your dreams and receive interpretations generated by artificial intelligence, together with a dream dictionary and a personal dream journal.

Interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or any other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based on them. Somnium is not an emergency service: if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye, 988 in the US) or a professional.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your device and account and for activity under it. Please tell us at noreplytecosama@gmail.com if you believe your account has been misused. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile → Delete Account.

4. Your dreams and other content

• You keep all rights to the dreams and other content you enter. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content, and to send it to our service providers (including our AI provider), solely to operate the App for you.
• We do not use your dreams to train our own models and we do not sell your content.
• You are responsible for what you enter. Please avoid including other people's sensitive personal information.
• You may use the interpretations generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Usage summary.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for anything unlawful, or to create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that violates others' rights;
• try to make the AI produce harmful content or bypass its safeguards;
• circumvent daily limits, rewarded-ad verification, subscription checks or other technical restrictions;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or resell the App, or access it with bots, scrapers or other automated means;
• interfere with the App's security or the experience of other users.

6. Free use, daily limits and rewarded ads

Free accounts can request a limited number of analyses per day, counted from midnight in your time zone. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock an extra analysis; watching ads is always optional and the reward is granted only once the ad network confirms it. We may change daily limits and features of the free plan; current limits are shown in the App.

7. Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Free trials: if a free trial is offered and you are eligible, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Introductory and welcome offers: some offers are available only once, only to eligible accounts and only for a limited time, as shown in the App. After the offer period ends, standard prices apply.
• Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may include taxes. We may change prices for future periods; Apple will notify you as required.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your account or the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Our app and intellectual property

The App, its design, text, graphics, dictionary content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the rights expressly granted in these Terms and the End User Licence Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on services from third parties, including Apple, Google (sign-in, AI and ads), RevenueCat and Expo. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Changes, availability and termination

• We may update, change or discontinue features of the App. Because the App depends on AI and other online services, interpretations may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the App or other users at risk.
• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on interpretations. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

13. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The End User Licence Agreement applies to your licence to use the App.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts competent under Turkish law. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will inform you in the App or on this page about material changes. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Somnium AI uygulamasının geliştiricisi olan bireysel geliştirici ("biz") tarafından sunulan Somnium AI mobil uygulamasının ve ilgili hizmetlerin ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen Uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Somnium nedir

Somnium; rüyalarını yazmanı ve yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen yorumlar almanı sağlar. Ayrıca bir rüya sözlüğü ve kişisel bir rüya günlüğü sunar.

Yorumlar yalnızca eğlence ve kendini keşif amaçlıdır. Otomatik olarak üretilir; hatalı veya eksik olabilir ve tıbbi, psikolojik, terapötik, hukuki ya da başka herhangi bir profesyonel tavsiye değildir. Önemli kararlarını bu yorumlara dayandırma. Somnium bir acil durum hizmeti değildir: kriz içindeysen 112'yi ara veya bir uzmana başvur.

2. Kimler kullanabilir

En az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Yaşadığın yerde reşit değilsen Uygulamayı yalnızca anne, baba veya yasal temsilcinin onayıyla kullanabilirsin.

3. Hesabın

Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsın. Cihazının ve hesabının güvenliğinden ve hesabın üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Hesabının kötüye kullanıldığını düşünüyorsan lütfen noreplytecosama@gmail.com adresine yaz. Hesabını dilediğin zaman Uygulamada Profil → Hesabı Sil yoluyla silebilirsin.

4. Rüyaların ve diğer içeriklerin

• Girdiğin rüyalar ve diğer içerikler üzerindeki tüm hakların sende kalır. Bu içerikleri yalnızca Uygulamayı senin için çalıştırmak amacıyla saklamamız, işlememiz ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza (yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız dahil) iletmemiz için bize sınırlı ve münhasır olmayan bir izin verirsin.
• Rüyalarını kendi modellerimizi eğitmek için kullanmayız ve içeriklerini satmayız.
• Girdiğin içerikten sen sorumlusun. Lütfen başkalarına ait hassas kişisel bilgileri paylaşmaktan kaçın.
• Senin için üretilen yorumları kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsin.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersin:

• Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak; yasa dışı, nefret içeren, taciz edici veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek ya da paylaşmak;
• yapay zekâya zararlı içerik ürettirmeye veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak;
• günlük limitleri, ödüllü reklam doğrulamasını, abonelik kontrollerini veya diğer teknik kısıtlamaları aşmaya çalışmak;
• Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak, yeniden satmak veya botlar, kazıyıcılar ya da başka otomatik yollarla erişmek;
• Uygulamanın güvenliğine veya diğer kullanıcıların deneyimine müdahale etmek.

6. Ücretsiz kullanım, günlük limitler ve ödüllü reklamlar

Ücretsiz hesaplar günde sınırlı sayıda analiz isteyebilir; gün, bulunduğun saat diliminde gece yarısından itibaren sayılır. Ek bir analiz için ödüllü reklam izlemeyi seçebilirsin; reklam izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır ve ödül yalnızca reklam ağı onayladıktan sonra verilir. Ücretsiz planın günlük limitlerini ve özelliklerini değiştirebiliriz; güncel limitler Uygulamada gösterilir.

7. Premium abonelikler

• Premium, Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınan, otomatik yenilenen aylık veya yıllık bir aboneliktir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Kimliğinden tahsil edilir.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğini Apple Kimliği ayarlarından (Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
• Ücretsiz denemeler: ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa ve buna uygunsan, deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğin sürece deneme sonunda ücret alınır. Bir abonelik satın aldığında ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
• Tanıtım ve hoş geldin teklifleri: bazı teklifler Uygulamada gösterildiği şekilde yalnızca bir kez, yalnızca uygun hesaplara ve sınırlı bir süre için sunulur. Teklif süresi bittikten sonra standart fiyatlar uygulanır.
• Fiyatlar Uygulamada yerel para biriminle gösterilir ve vergiler dahil olabilir. Gelecek dönemler için fiyatları değiştirebiliriz; Apple gerekli bildirimleri yapar.
• İadeler Apple tarafından Apple'ın politikalarına göre değerlendirilir (reportaproblem.apple.com). Hesabını veya Uygulamayı silmek, etkin bir aboneliği iptal etmez.
• Kanundan doğan tüketici hakların saklıdır.

8. Uygulamamız ve fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama; tasarımı, metinleri, görselleri, sözlük içeriği ve yazılımıyla birlikte bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve yasalarla korunur. Bu Koşullarda ve Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'nde açıkça tanınanlar dışında sana hiçbir hak devredilmez.

9. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Uygulama; Apple, Google (giriş, yapay zekâ ve reklam), RevenueCat ve Expo gibi üçüncü tarafların hizmetlerinden yararlanır. Bu hizmetleri kullanımına onların kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları da uygulanır. Kontrolümüzde olmayan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinden sorumlu değiliz.

10. Değişiklikler, erişilebilirlik ve sona erme

• Uygulamanın özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulama yapay zekâ ve diğer çevrim içi hizmetlere bağlı olduğundan yorumlar zaman zaman gecikebilir veya kullanılamayabilir.
• Bu Koşulları ihlal eden veya Uygulamayı ya da diğer kullanıcıları riske atan hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
• Uygulamayı kullanmayı dilediğin zaman bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin.

11. Sorumluluk reddi

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve yapay zekâ içeriğinin doğruluğu dahil, açık veya örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez.

12. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan ve yorumlara dayanarak verdiğin kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde Uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kast veya ağır ihmal dahil olmak üzere yürürlükteki hukuka göre sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.

13. Apple

Bu Koşullar Apple ile değil, seninle bizim aramızdadır. Apple, Uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Uygulamayı kullanma lisansına Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi uygulanır.

14. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler, Türk hukukuna göre yetkili tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir. Başka bir ülkede yaşayan bir tüketiciysen, o ülkenin emredici kanunlarının sağladığı korumalar da saklıdır.

15. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulamada veya bu sayfada duyururuz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
